Krista Willertz has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Northern Kentucky University and a Masters of Education degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.  She has been in education since 1996 and has taught in both public and private schools in Cincinnati, OH and Clarkston, MI.  She is married to the best football coach and husband around, Chris Willertz, and they have three awesome children:  Raegan (Ohio State grad), who lives and teaches English in South Korea, Alec (Navy ROTC at Illinois Institute of Technology), and Maria (attending Nouvel!).  She loves playing games with her family (Settlers of Catan is a family fave), being outdoors, cycling, reading, teaching science, and getting the family cats to chase the ever elusive "red dot."  She and her family are members of Saint Brigid of Kildare Church in Midland.
