Mrs. Jill Mulka attended Delta college and received her Dental Hygiene Associate in Applied Science degree. She has 2 children, Emmett and Eva, who both attend Nouvel and a stepson, Owen, who is a senior at Heritage High School. Mrs. Mulka and her husband, Ryan, live in Saginaw Township.  They are members at St. Thomas Aquinas Church.
