Mrs. Burtch attended Saginaw Valley State University and graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Music Education in 2005.  She received her in Masters Degree in Education from Central Michigan University in 2013.  She is an active member of both the East Shore Wind Symphony and Saginaw Area Concert Band.  In addition to being an accomplished flutist, she also plays and teaches Suzuki Method violin.
