Rev. William J. Rutkowski is the Diocesan Representative on the Nouvel Catholic Central Schools Board of Trustees. Since 2013, Fr. Bill serves as the Vicar General for the Diocese of Saginaw, Sacramental Minister for St. John Vianney Parish, Saginaw, and as the Diocesan Director of Seminarians. Prior to this time, he served as pastor at St. Cecilia, Clare; St. Henry, Rosebush/St. Charles/Leaton; St. Philip Neri, Coleman/St. Anne, Edenville; St. Stanislaus Kostka, Bay City; and St. Vincent de Paul, Shepherd/St. Leo the Great, Winn and as parochial vicar at Blessed Sacrament, Midland, St. Stanislaus Kostka, Bay City, and St. Stephen, Saginaw. Fr. Bill served as Vicar for the Bay Area Catholic Schools from 2002-2010. Since being ordained in 1987, he has been blessed to have a Catholic School as part of the parishes where he has served. Catholic Schools have also been an important part of his formative years, attending St. Mary School, Parisville; St. Mary College, Orchard Lake; and St. John Provincial Seminary, Plymouth.
