On Sunday, February 16, seven Nouvel Catholic Central students participated in the Knights of Columbus annual Diocesan Spelling Bee. Representing Nouvel Catholic Central were the following students: Ella and Gus (4 ^th grade), Jacob (5 ^th grade), Owen (6 ^th grade), Zeke, Drew and Rodney (7 ^th grade).
 
These seven students advanced to the Diocesan level of completion based on their achievement at the school level Knights of Columbus Spelling Bee in December.
 
Congratulations to Drew who earned a second place trophy and will be participating in the Knights of Columbus State Spelling Bee on March 7 in Essexville.
