At the heart of any successful athletics program are the dedicated volunteers and donors who provide the foundational support of the program. For Nouvel Panther Athletics, our volunteers are the heart of our program.
With athletic offerings starting as early as third grade and culminating with 22 varsity sports offerings in high school, our incredible athletics department appreciates all of the community support during their three fundraisers each year; the NCC Lenten Fish Fry, Greek Fest and Athletics Golf Challenge.
Nouvel Athletics Golf Challenge Chair, Blair White, shared, “The goal of any athletics fundraiser is to enhance the athletic experience for athletes, coaches and stakeholders. We want to create a culture of multi-sport athletes who are disciplined and resilient. Thanks to the year-round support of our community, and through these fundraising efforts, we feel blessed and grateful for the strong foundation for opportunities ahead.”
Over the 23-24 school year, 86% of the Nouvel student body participated in at least one sport and of those student-athletes, 76% were multi-sport athletes. The Panthers worked hard to earn several TVC Conference Championships, District Championships, Regional Championships and many competed at the State Championship level. We are proud of the team achievements, including many all-state academic honors, and all of the individual awards and accolades our Panthers received. Best of luck to our four recent graduates who will now be competing on the collegiate level.
Without the strong support of our community, these student opportunities would not be available. Thank you to everyone who supports the annual Fish Fry, volunteers during Greek Fest and participates in the Golf Challenge. We are Nouvel Strong, because of you.
Panther student-athletes receive the benefit of smaller class sizes and individualized attention in the classroom, while having many incredible opportunities to shine on the court and as leaders in their community.
