Congratulations to Mrs. Amanda Montini, our Nouvel Teacher of the Week. Mrs. Montini has been teaching with the Diocese of Saginaw for 20 years! She spent time teaching at St. Peter and Paul, as well as St. Stephen for 13 years total, before coming to Nouvel.
Mrs. Montini's favorite Patron Saint is Saint Clare and was even able to see her at her final burial spot in Assisi, Italy. Her proudest teaching moment is seeing her students become amazing readers. Each year Mrs. Montini competes with the students for Accelerated Reading points and in the past two years, she shared that she has been beaten by a lot of her students!
When asked about what she is inspired by, Mrs. Montini shared, "my coworkers in my hallway. We are like sisters and always work together to do great things, while making school enjoyable for our students".
