Congratulations to our Nouvel Teacher of the Week, Mr. Jesus Vazquez. This is Mr. Vazquez's first year teaching at Nouvel and he is responsible for teaching Spanish to all the students in Kindergarten through 8th grade. He has a master's degree  in language, both English and Spanish.

Mr. Vazquez's favorite Saint is Saint Michael and his favorite books is, "Como Agua Para Chocolate" (Like Water for Chocolate), written by Laura Esquivel.

When asked who inspires him, Mr. Vazquez shared, "my parents and my students inspire me all the time." He also added that his parents are former educators.
