Congratulations to our Nouvel Teacher of the Week, Mrs. Ashlee Stephens. This is Mrs. Stephens first year teaching at Nouvel and she teaches art to students Young 5's through 8th grade. 

Mrs. Stephens favorite reading genre is mystery/suspense and favorite saying is, "Today is a good day to have a good day."

She is inspired by her family and she shared, "everything I do is to be and do better for them."

Mrs. Stephens also shared that her proudest teaching moments are when she can "see the connections students make with art and their life, and art in other school subjects. Many time students ask the point of art but art is integrated into every day."
