Congratulations to Claire Long, class of 2027, for being selected as student of the month for March. Claire is the daughter of Andrea and Dr. Toby Long and they are members of St. Agnes Parish in Freeland. Her favorite classes this year are Algebra II and her dual enrollment class, the History of Rock and Roll. She was nominated by Mr. Bartels, who shared, “Claire shares her athletic gifts and works hard in the classroom, while leading by example to follow Jesus in her daily life. She lives our mission of learning, loving and leading… courageously.” Claire is a member of the protect life club, student government, spirit club, Science Olympiad and is a Panther student ambassador. She also participates in cross country, soccer and track. Outside of school, she plays soccer for DCFC and is in the Olympic Development Program, plus is a member of the Saginaw Striders Run Club. In her free time, she also enjoys volunteering in her parish as an altar server and at VBS. Congratulations, Claire!
