Just prior to 11 a.m., we were informed that a person present at last night's baccaluareate Mass had contact with a known COVID-positive individual.
We apologize for this inconvenience; however, it is always our obligation and duty to put the health and safety of our community first. As more information becomes available, we will re-evaluate our graduation ceremony process and communicate as appropriate. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we continue to gather relevant information pertaining to possible COVID exposure. We remain committed to ensuring and preserving the health and safety of our community. Please see the update below:
1. At this time, we do not have any confirmation that anyone in attendance at the Mass on Tuesday, 7/14/20, has tested COVID-positive, only that there was potential exposure.
2. If we receive word that someone in attendance has a confirmed COVID-positive case, all families/staff/clergy in attendance will be notified.
3. Everyone in attendance at the baccalaureate Mass was wearing masks and social distancing precautions were followed during the event.
4. Due to privacy constraints, we cannot disclose any specific personal information.
5. We have been in contact with the Saginaw County Health Department and we are prepared to support contact tracing, if appropriate.

Nouvel campuses are closed and all events are cancelled for the remainder of the week. An update regarding activities scheduled for the week of July 20th, including 8th grade graduation, will be shared with you as soon as possible.
