Congratulations to Leona Gross, class of 2027, for being selected as student of the month for December. Leona is the daughter of Kristeen & Charles Gross. The family are members of Mary of the Immaculate Conception Church in St. Charles. She was nominated by Ms. Bishop, who shared, “Leona is a very pleasant student to have in class. She is positive, always smiling and polite. Academically, she is a hard worker who strives for excellence.” Leona’s favorite class is band. In addition to participating in band, she is a member of the bowling team, spirit club and protect life club. She also spends her time being a youth leader at vacation bible school, helping her sister with her small business, dog training and 4H activities. Congratulations, Leona!
