Junior, Joshua Siler has been recognized as the Nouvel Catholic Central Student of the Month for December.
Joshua lives in Merrill and is the son of Lee & Rochelle Siler. He was nominated by Social Studies instructor, Meredith Adelman, for his positive attitude and willingness to help others. “Joshua goes above and beyond both inside and outside the classroom,” says Adelman. “He kept an unwavering positive attitude during a difficult time, offering an example of perseverance and faith that is part of the core of being a Nouvel student.”
Joshua is a multi-sport athlete, participating in football, basketball, and baseball. He’s a member of Student Government and often volunteers at a local Saginaw soup kitchen. Joshua manages academics, sports and service, all while holding a part-time job. Joshua’s favorite class is Government and he attends Holy Spirit Parish in Saginaw.
