Nouvel Catholic Central High School Honor Guard members represent 11-12th grade men who exemplify or aspire to all the good qualities expected of a Nouvel student: honesty, integrity, generosity, service, kindness, humility, etc. This men's ministry was started by NCCHS Theology teacher Dr. Marcelline Perry.
"We carry this tradition forward in an unbroken line, linking the past to the present of Nouvel, symbolizing our reverence for the cross of Christ at Mass each week," shared Honor Guard Coordinator, Peter Bartels.
It is a tradition to induct a new group of 11th grade men to serve for the upcoming year, until the following January.
