  I hereby consent to participation by my child in Cross Country Camp, hosted by Nouvel Catholic Central (NCC). I understand that this activity will take place on NCC's grounds and that my child will be under the supervision of a designated adult while on NCC's grounds. In consideration of my child being allowed to participate in this camp, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless NCC, any and all affiliated organizations, their employees, agents, representatives, including volunteer and other drivers, from any and all claims, negligence, arising from or relating to my child's participation in this activity. This indemnification does not apply to claims for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
