Saint Dominic Parish is proud to announce that 20 Nouvel Catholic Central High School students have received a more than of $12,000 in scholarships thanks to the Raymond and Monica Schultz Scholarship Fund. The purpose of the scholarship is to assist with tuition for St. Dominic children wishing to attend school at NCCHS, in effort to help students grow in their Catholic faith.
There was a partial roll out of the scholarship in 2018. Thanks to the Schultz Scholarship Fund, a combined total of $9,700 was awarded to nine students in 2018.
“The generosity of the Schultz family has made this scholarship fund possible. We appreciate the additional financial opportunity we can provide for families sending their kids to Nouvel Catholic Central High School”, said Father Steve Gavit.
In order to qualify, students must be an active practicing Catholic at Saint Dominic Parish and pursing an education at Nouvel Catholic Central High School.
“We are very thankful to have the support of the Parishes in our community and their continued efforts to help students grow in their Catholic faith,” said NCCHS Principal/President, Mark Frost.
