Congratulations to our Nouvel Teacher of the Week, Mrs. Jill Schlicker. With over 12 years of teaching at Nouvel, Mrs. Schlicker has spent one year teaching in first grade and is on her eleventh year teaching in third grade.

Mrs. Schlicker shared that her favorite book is any cookbook! Her favorite Saint is Saint Therese of Lisieux, the Patron Saint of missionaries, Aids sufferers, florists and the sick.

When asked what inspires her, Mrs. Schlicker shared that there are two things that inspirie her right now, her faith and baking. Her proudest teaching moment, "seeing kids that you have had in class that struggled through and are doing well academically."
