Congratulations to our Nouvel Teacher of the Week, Mrs. Pam Sowatsky. Mrs. Sowatsky is one of our Fifth Grade teachers and has been teaching in our Saginaw Catholic schools since 1987, spending time at St. Josaphat, St. Thomas Aquinas and now Nouvel Catholic Central. 

Mrs. Sowatsky's favorite book is Jane Eyre and also loves The Velveteen Rabbit and Where the Red Fern Grows. Her favorite Saint is St. Therese the little Flower and is the reason why she chose Therese as her Confirmation name. Additionally, one of her favorite quotes comes from St. Therese, "Remember, nothing is small in the eyes of God. Do all that you do with love."

When asked what inspires her, Mrs. Sowatsky shared, "I feed off the energy that the kids bring with them each day, so they inspire me each day I am with them. That's why I love in-person schooling".
