Congratulations to our Nouvel Teacher of the Week, Mrs. Deanna Darby. Mrs. Darby has been teaching for 8 years between Nouvel Catholic Central and St. Stephens. She currently teaches at the Middle School level.

A few favorites of Mrs. Darby - her favorite Saint is Saint Jude, the Patron Saint of the Impossible and her favorite saying is, "find your Christ center".

When asked about her proudest teaching moment, Mrs. Darby shared that she has helped a student grow from reading at a 5th grade level to reading at an 8th grade level.
