Congratulations to Julia Rishmawi, for being selected as our junior high student of the month for February. Julia is an 8th grader and the daughter of Mousa and Amanda Rishmawi. They are members of St. Demetrious Church. She was nominated by Mr. Zanotti, who shared, “Julia comes to school every day with a smile on her face. She is positive, welcoming and energetic. Julia is the model of what it means to live our mission at Nouvel and is an example to her peers.” She has attended Nouvel since 1st grade and her favorite subject is Math.  Julia plays basketball and volleyball, runs track and cross country.  She also participates in theater, band, battle of the books and is a student ambassador. In her free time, she volunteers at church and the Saginaw Children’s Museum.
